Material combinations of steel, timber and concrete perfectly combined with each other are pivotal in ensuring the cost effectiveness of your building project.
We produce steel frames for double pitch or mono pitch roofs, supported or cantilevered, on request also with canopies and extension wings, and with crane brackets where required.
The steel stanchions and wooden beams / glulam beams are connected via standardized steel lugs. The steel knots – factory-fixed to the timber beams using state-of-the-art assembly facilities – just have to be bolted with the steel stanchions on site. This ensures short installation times and saves a lot of time.
Reinforced concrete columns are convincing not only due to their sturdiness, but also due to their fire resistance properties. We provide reinforced concrete columns and glulam beams or glulam arched trusses with the required recesses and drill holes already at the factory, thus ensuring short assembly times on site. The combination of all-concrete columns and glulam beams makes sense especially where requirements on fire protection are high.
WOLF System uses nailplate constructions in the form of nailplate trusses for roof constructions, and pressed timber elements for wall constructions.
Nailplate constructions are outstanding mainly for their economic efficiency. Cantilever structures are possible up to a span of 35m.
WOLF System offers a comprehensive package for the use of nailplates. From the plate to the statics software to presses – WOLF System relies on quality and in-house developments.
